Only unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

A Rs. 250 processing fee applies to refunds (not exchanges).

Products with opened seals are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you have an allergic reaction to a product, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Loyal customers with genuine concerns may be granted partial refunds at our discretion.

Send the product to the Al Rehmat Herbs®️ Return Address.

Include a clear photo of the parcel showing the delivery slip on the flyer.

Once received, refunds are processed within 24 hours.

⏳ Time Limit:
Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of parcel delivery.

❌ Change of Mind:
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
